Annual Financial Report Form

At the beginning of each year, please fill out the Annual Financial Report Form in regards to the previous year's finances. You can download the report here

Please email the completed form as an Excel spreadsheet to management_society@byu.edu. If you have another local account, please attach your January 31st and December 31st bank statements for the year you are reporting.

Open a DFCU Account (U.S. Chapters ONLY)

Please follow the instructions in this document to open a new bank account through Deseret First Credit Union

Once you have opened a DFCU account, you can find instructions in this document on how to log in online for the first time

Transfer Money (U.S. Chapters ONLY)

If you would like to transfer money from your BYU account to your DFCU account please email management_society@byu.edu

If you host a paid event through Bevy, the money you earn will be deposited into your chapter's BYU account. You may request your prior month end balance to be transferred to your DFCU account once a month. To request a transfer of funds, please email management_society@byu.edu
